为了揭示沥青四组分与疲劳特性的相关性,采用棒状色谱分析仪对同厂源的基质沥青进行四组分含量测试,通过DSR时间扫描试验进行疲劳特性分析,通过灰色关联分析方法对四组分与疲劳特性的相关性进行计算。结果表明,90#沥青含有较多轻质组分、较少沥青质,较多的轻质组分使90#沥青有更好的延展性和柔性;90#沥青的疲劳特性优于70#沥青;芳烃、饱和烃与沥青疲劳判断指标的关联度较大,是影响疲劳特性的关键指标。

In order to study the correlation between asphalt four components and fatigue characteristics, the four components of matrix asphalt is tested by bar chromatographic analyzer, the fatigue characteristics are analyzed through the DSR time sweep test, and the correlation between asphalt four components and fatigue characteristics are calculated through grey correlation analysis method. The results show that 90# asphalt contains more light components and less asphaltene, and more lightweight components give 90# asphalt better ductility and flexibility. The fatigue characteristics of 90# asphalt are better than that of 70# asphalt. Aromatics and saturated hydrocarbons have a significant correlation with the asphalt fatigue indexes, and they are the key indicators of the asphalt fatigue characteristics.
