3D打印技术的关键在于打印材料的性能,要求其具有良好的流动性、可塑性、挤出性、建造性及凝结时间可调等性能,从而实现可连续打印、无坍塌;同时,还要求打印材料硬化后具有较高的力学性能,以保证打印构建能够承受自重及抵抗外力的冲击。本文针对混凝土打印材料的性能及评价方法进行总结和分析,为混凝土 3D打印技术的后续研究提供参考。最后指出了混凝土3D打印技术存在的挑战,并提出了未来潜在的研究方向。

The key of 3D printing technology lies in the performance of printing materials, which requires to have good fluidity, plasticity, extrudability, constructability and adjustable setting time, so as to achieve continuous printing and no collapse. And, the printing material is also required to have high mechanical properties after hardening, to ensure that the printing construction can withstand the impact of dead weight and resist the impact of external forces.This paper focuses on summarizing the performance indexes and evaluation methods of concrete 3D printing materials,, which provides reference for the follow-up research of concrete 3D printing technology. Finally, the challenges of concrete 3D printing technology are pointed out, and the potential research directions in the future are proposed.
