硅酸盐水泥的凝结硬化过程调控一直是土木工程领域的研究重点,传统的缓凝剂和促凝剂在应对复杂工程需求时常常表现出早期强度低、凝结异常或工作窗口期受限等多重局限性。“休眠-唤醒”剂因可以灵活且精准控制水泥基材料的凝结硬化过程而受到关注,该技术既能够大大延长水泥基材料的工作窗口期又不影响施工效率与工程质量。目前国内外关于休眠-唤醒剂应用与机理的研究还不够系统和深入,本文综述了休眠-唤醒剂的研究历史、休眠剂的选择原则和唤醒剂的作用机制,以及休眠-唤醒剂在预拌混凝土、预拌砂浆等多个工程场景中的应用,以期能为该领域的研究提供方向性指引。

The control of the setting and hardening process of Portland cement has long been a research focus in the field of civil engineering. However, traditional retarders and accelerators often exhibit multiple limitations, such as low early strength, abnormal setting behavior, or restricted working windows, when faced with complex engineering demands. “Dormant-Awakening” Admixtures have garnered attention for their ability to flexibly and precisely control the setting and hardening process of cementitious materials. This technology can significantly extend the working windows of cementitious materials without compromising construction efficiency or engineering quality. Currently, research on the application and mechanisms of Dormant-Awakening Admixtures remains insufficiently systematic and in-depth. This paper reviews the research history of Dormant-Awakening Admixtures, the selection principles for Dormancy Admixtures, the mechanisms of Awakening Admixtures, and their applications in various engineering scenarios like ready-mixed concrete and ready-mixed mortar, with the aim of providing directional guidance for future research in this field.
