为了研究纤维对水泥稳定碎石基层力学性能的影响,将玄武岩纤维和聚酯纤维掺入水泥稳定基层中,通过无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度试验对掺纤维水泥稳定碎石基层的力学性能进行研究。研究结果表明:玄武岩和聚酯纤维可有效改善水泥稳定碎石的力学性能,条件相同时(水泥掺量、用水量、集料配比、其他填料、试验条件及方法相同)玄武岩纤维的改善效果更好。两种纤维的最佳质量掺量和长度相同,分别为0.9%和6mm。纤维主要起到桥接作用,在受力时分担应力并遏制裂纹的产生及扩张,改善水泥稳定碎石的力学性能。

In order to study the influence of fibers on the mechanical properties of cement-stabilized crushed stone base, basalt fibers and polyester fibers were added to the cement-stabilized base. The mechanical properties of the fiber-mixed cement-stabilized crushed stone base were investigated through unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength tests. The results show that basalt and polyester fibers can effectively improve the mechanical properties of cement-stabilized macadam. Under the same conditions(the cement dosage, water consumption, aggregate ratio, other fillers, test conditions and methods are the same), basalt fibers have a better improvement effect. The optimal mass dosage and length of the two fibers are the same, both being 0.9% and 6mm. Fibers mainly play a bridging role, sharing stress when subjected to force and preventing the generation and expansion of cracks, thereby improving the mechanical properties of cement-stabilized crushed stones.
