基于铁铝酸盐水泥的性能特点,选取不同的单位用水量、砂率及矿物掺合料掺量配制了系列铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土,并通过专项试验,研究单位用水量、砂率及矿物掺合料掺量等设计指标对铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土工作性能和基本力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,兼顾混凝土的施工性能和抗压强度,铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土的最佳单位用水量为170kg/m3;建议砂率取值范围为38%~40%;粉煤灰的最佳掺量范围为20%~25%;掺硅灰可显著降低铁铝酸盐水泥高性能混凝土的粘性,单方混凝土建议掺量为15~30kg/m3;为确保满足泵送施工要求,铁铝酸盐水泥混凝土的出机坍落度宜控制在190~220mm。

Based on the performance characteristics of ferroaluminate cement, a series of ferroaluminate cement concrete are prepared with different unit water consumption, sand rate and mineral admixture content. The influence of design indexes such as unit water consumption, sand rate and mineral admixture content on the working performance and basic mechanical properties of ferroaluminate cement concrete are studied through special experiments. The results show that considering the construction performance and compressive strength of concrete, the optimal unit water consumption of ferroaluminate cement concrete is 170 kg/m3. The recommended sand rate ranges from 38% to 40%. The optimal dosage range of fly ash is 20% to 25%. Adding silica fume can significantly reduce the viscosity of ferroaluminate cement high performance concrete, and the recommended dosage is 15~30 kg/m3 per cubic meter of concrete. In order to meet the requirements of pumping construction, the outlet slump of ferroaluminate cement concrete should be controlled between 190~220 mm.
