为了解无机内墙涂料的环保性能,采用环境测试舱法,对随机选取的4个品牌内墙用无机涂料的甲醛释放量和VOCs释放量进行测试,并研究了VOCs的释放规律和主要污染物。结果表明,所选样品甲醛释放风险较低,VOCs主要释放组分为饱和烷烃、醇酯十二、1,3-二羟基丙酮、异丙醇,不同品牌的样品主要释放组分略有差异。其中3个品牌的样品在环境测试舱中释放120h时的TVOC较初始值衰减了67.8%~75.6%,呈快速衰减特征,TVOC释放风险较低,较为环保。

In order to understand the environmental performance of inorganic interior wall coatings, the formaldehyde emission and VOCs emission of four randomly selected inorganic interior wall coatings are tested by test chamber method, and the release laws of VOCs and main pollutants are studied. The results show that the risk of formaldehyde emission of selected samples is low, and the main components of VOCs emission are saturated alkanes, alcohol ester dodecyl, 1,3-dihydroxyacetone and isopropanol, with slight difference among different manufacturers. Comparing with the initial value, the TVOC of the coatings of three brands decays by 67.8%~75.6% after being placed in the test chamber for 120 hours, showing a rapid attenuation characteristic. The rish of TVOC emission is low and the coatings are more environmentally friendly.
