绿色低碳技术对于节能减碳有关键作用。通过绿色低碳技术的进步与创新，可有效促进能源结构的优化和能源消费的低碳化。但目前国内缺少明确统一的绿色低碳技术评价标准和交易转化机制，不利于绿色低碳技术的创新与推广。本文对国内绿色技术验证的现状进行了分析，总结了目前绿色低碳技术验证的问题与不足，并对公共服务“双碳”平台可为绿色低碳技术评价、转化与推广机制的赋能方向进行研究。

Green and low-carbon technologies play a crucial role in energy conservation and carbon reduction. The progress and innovation of green and low-carbon technologies can promote the optimization of energy structure and low-carbon energy consumption. Currently there is a lack of clear and unified evaluation standards and transformation mechanisms for green and low-carbon technologies in China, which affects the innovation and promotion of technologies. This paper analyzes the current status of green technology validation in China, summarizes the problems of green and low-carbon technology validation, and studies the direction of empowering the evaluation, transformation, and promotion mechanism of green and low-carbon technologies through the “Dual Carbon” public service platform.
