电解锰渣具有高钙、高硅特点,可用于制备水泥、烧结砖、陶瓷等。加气混凝土容重轻,保温和隔音性能好,在消纳固废方面有较大优势。本文采用脱氨锰渣和赤泥代替部分硅源制备加气混凝土,研究脱氨锰渣与赤泥的性质、温度、质量比、铝粉掺量、水料比等对制品性能的影响。结果表明,温度升高,赤泥掺量增加,脱氨锰渣掺量减少,料浆发气速度加快,发气量大幅增加且发气时间递减。脱氨锰渣和赤泥协同制备加气混凝土的最佳工艺是水泥用量15%、生石灰用量20%、砂用量32%、脱氨锰渣20%、赤泥用量10%、石膏用量3%、铝粉掺量0.2%、水料比0.8。

Electrolytic manganese residue has the characteristics of high calcium and silicon, and can be used to prepare cement, sintered brick, ceramics, etc. Aerated concrete has light bulk density, good thermal and sound insulation performance, and great advantages in consumption of solid waste. In this paper, deaminated manganese residue and red mud are used to replace part of silicon sources to prepare aerated concrete, and the effects of their properties, temperature, mass ratio, aluminum powder content and water-material ratio on product performance are studied. The results show that with the increase of temperature, content of red mud and decrease of content of demanganese manganese residue, the gas generation rate of slurry increases and the gas generation time decreases. The optimal process of co-preparation of aerated concrete by deammoniated manganese residue and red mud involves 15% cement, 20% quicklime, 32% sand, 20% deammoniated manganese residue, 10% red mud, 3% gypsum, 0.2% aluminum powder and 0.8 water-material ratio.
