水泥的细度会影响水泥对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附性能。在掺减水剂的混凝土中,减水剂掺量随着水泥颗粒的大小而变化,通常颗粒越小,对减水剂的吸附性越大,且水泥细颗粒越多,水化早期反应速度越快,混凝土损失越大,这导致了水泥与减水剂适应性差。此外,水泥的化学成分质量分数不同,其对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附也不同。

The fineness of cement affects the adsorption performance of cement on polycarboxylate superplasticizer. In the concrete mixed with polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the amount of polycarboxylate superplasticizer changes with the size of cement particles. Generally, the smaller the particles, the greater the adsorption of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and the more fine particles of cement, the faster the early hydration reaction speed, and the greater the concrete loss, resulting in poor adaptability of cement and polycarboxylate superplasticizer. In addition, the adsorption of cement on polycarboxylate superplasticizer varies with the mass fraction of its chemical components.
