基于三维有限元分析软件Plaxis 3D,采用土体小应变硬化刚度模型及砌体模型分析基坑开挖引起的邻近砌体结构变形特性。结果表明,相较于弹性模型,砌体模型能合理揭示砖墙类砌体结构不均匀及离散性的强度特性;基坑长度越大,墙体沉降越均匀,差异沉降值越小。当基坑边缘距墙体距离1m时,基坑开挖深度达到2m后,墙体最大沉降值接近10mm,需重点关注砌体结构的变形安全。

Based on Plaxis 3D, a small strain hardening stiffness model of the soil and a masonry model are used to analyze the deformation characteristics of the adjacent masonry structure caused by the excavation of the foundation pit. The calculation results show that compared to the elastic model, the masonry model can reasonably reveal the uneven and discrete strength characteristics of brick wall-like masonry structures. The greater the length of the foundation pit, the more uniform the settlement of the wall and the smaller the differential settlement value. When the edge of the pit is 1m away from the wall, the maximum settlement value of the wall is close to 10mm after the excavation depth of the pit reaches 2m, and the deformation safety of the masonry structure needs to be focused on.
