研究了机制砂岩性对高强混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,机制砂岩性对高强混凝土工作性影响甚微,相比而言,石灰岩性机制砂对应的混凝坍落度和扩展度均最高,综合工作性能最佳,这与其MB值和石粉含量较低相关。机制砂岩性对高强混凝土抗压强度没有显著影响,混凝土劈裂抗拉强度依照石灰岩、白云岩及铁尾矿的顺序呈小幅增长趋势,铁尾矿岩性机制砂的棱角性最大,因而宏观上表现为劈裂抗拉强度最高。由于机制砂的岩性未改变集浆比等关键参数,因此未对混凝土的静压弹性模量产生明显影响。

Influence of manufactured sand with different lithologies on properties of high-strength concrete is studied. The results show that manufactured sand has little effect on the workability of high-strength concrete. Among the three kinds of manufactured sands, limestone manufactured sand has the highest concrete slump and expansion, and its comprehensive working performance is the best, which is related to its lower MB value and stone powder content. The lithology of manufactured sand has no significant effect on the compressive strength of high-strength concrete. The splitting tensile strength of concrete increases slightly according to the lithology sequence of limestone, dolomite and iron tailings. The iron tailing manufactured sands has the largest angularity, so its splitting tensile strength is the highest. Because the lithology of manufactured sand does not change the key influencing parameters such as aggregate-cement ratio, it has no significant impact on the static elastic modulus of concrete.
