Alkali-resistant breaking strength retention is an important index for application of alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh in engineering. In this paper, the influencing factors of specimen preparation, alkali-resistance immersion and determination of breaking strength are analyzed, and the testing operation steps are proposed to reduce the variability of breaking strength data and improve the accuracy of results of alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh.
