振荡压力烧结是一种新兴烧结技术,烧结时通过频率化振荡压力,增强晶间物质扩散速率,提高致密化速率及晶粒不同方向上的生长驱动力,加大陶瓷致密性,提升陶瓷材料性能。本文综述了采用振荡压力烧结方式制备多种氧化物陶瓷及非氧化物陶瓷,并与传统致密化烧结方式进行性能对比,分析振荡烧结方式制备陶瓷的优势,以期为制备高致密度陶瓷提供参考。

Oscillating pressure sintering is a new sintering technology, which can further increase the compactness of ceramics and improve the properties of ceramic materials by increasing the diffusion rate of inter granular materials, the densification rate and the growth driving force of grains in different directions by frequency oscillating pressure during sintering. This paper reviews the preparation of various oxide and non-oxide ceramics by oscillatory pressure sintering, and compares the performance with that of existing traditional densification sintering methods, and analyzes the advantages of ceramic preparation by oscillatory sintering.
