研发了以木屑和硫氧镁水泥胶凝材料为主的阻燃板。经调研和试验确定了硫氧镁无机胶凝材料的配合比,并通过调整生产工艺,增加保压工序,有效防止因木屑吸水膨胀导致的厚度反弹。硫氧镁阻燃板木屑掺量范围为70%~90%,静曲强度均在4MPa以上,密度在0.4~0.6g/cm3。热释放速率和总释放量满足GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》中硬质家具B1型(难燃)指标。

In this paper, a fire-retardant board based on sawdust and magnesium oxysulfate cement cementitious materials is developed. The mix proportion of magnesium oxysulfide inorganic cementitious material is determined through investigation and test, and the thickness rebound caused by water absorption and expansion of sawdust is effectively prevented by adding the pressure maintaining process. The content of sawdust in magnesium oxysulfide flame retardant board ranges from 70% to 90%, and the static bending strength is above 4MPa, and the density is between 0.4~0.6g/cm3. The heat release rate and total release amount meet the requirements of B1 (fire resistant) hard furniture in GB 8624-2012 “Classification for burning behavior of building materials and products”.
