沥青路面质量管控是路面质量控制的关键手段,传统检测手段存在覆盖面低和反馈滞后的缺点,随着物联网技术的发展,已经实现硬件设备与互联网相连接,并进行信息交换和通讯,实现采集参数的智能化识别、监控和管理工作。本项目在研究路面施工质量管控措施时引入物联网技术,并进行施工智能管控技术的研究,研究结果表明,该技术可实现对沥青路面关键施工参数的采集和分析,并能实时预警和管理,有效控制沥青路面施工质量。

Asphalt pavement quality control is the key means of pavement quality control. Traditional detection methods have the disadvantages of low coverage and feedback lag. With the development of network technology, hardware devices have been connected to the Internet, and information exchange and communication have been carried out to achieve acquisition and intelligent identification, monitoring and management of parameters have been realized. This project introduces the Internet of Things technology when researching the quality control measures of pavement construction, and conducts research on the construction intelligent control technology. The research results show that the technology can realize the collection and analysis of key construction parameters of asphalt pavement, and provide real-time warning and management and effectively control the construction quality of asphalt pavement.
