In order to solve the problems such as cracking and breakage, complicated process, difficult quality assurance and poor durability of the traditional reinforced concrete deck pavement, this paper proposes a kind of structure that uses UHPC waffle deck to replace the bridge deck and uses numerical simulation to compare the structural design parameters of UHPC waffle board. The results show that the thickness of the roof, the diameter of the steel bar and the number of longitudinal ribs have a small and gentle influence on the mechanical properties of the structure. The number of transverse ribs has a great influence on the mechanical properties of waffle plates. With the increase of the number of transverse ribs and longitudinal ribs, the maximum stress and deflection decreases gradually after a mutation. This paper summarizes the structural requirements of replacing deck pavement with UHPC waffle deck, the structural forms of in-situ joints and the key points of construction in order to provide some reference for the treatment of diseases on deck pavement.
